I drew a really weird looking horse in my 'romeo and juliet' text the other day because I was bored as hell, as per usual. but I thought the lower part of the odd horse had promise (can't draw horse heads for crap), so I stuck a human upper body onto it, and my race of greyhound-style centaurs were born. they look anorexic, but they're just thin there because that part of their bodies doesn't have all the internal organs in it. nyah ^_^ my centaurs rule.
