Planes available here are for
X-Plane
ShadowHawkThe shadowhawk design was inspired by your "rival" in the Capcom game 19XX: The War Against Destiny. This plane is a twin jet with swing wings, capable of mach 2.
X-plane version 7.41
LongSoarThis was my entry in Austin's
Popular Mechanics PAV contest. It was chosen to appear at the end of PM's article on future aviation (July, 06) along with several other designs. It is also still one of my favorites, and I fly it by default.
X-Plane Version 8.32
MiniBeeBefore the LongSoar, this was the project I was working on. It started out as a test platform to figure out how to do obj animation (for the cockpit controls) but turned out to be a fun little light sport-ish plane in its own right. You can see the influence it had on the LongSoar in the twin-boom tails. A fun little plane.
Also available is the
Minibee Roadable - same plane, improved handling, and 4 wheels, and a ducted prop.
BiplaneOkay so this one hasn't got a formal name. I got pretty bored with futurism and glass and composites and took a wayback machine ride for some inspiration. It's not a replica of anything, just the general style of 1918 with a bigger vertical tail for lots of hammerhead fun. Fits the Light Sport category.
